We are pleased to inform you that our company ,BARAKAT TRADING CO, a commercial registry \ 6803 \ industrial registry \ 31 \, that it has an integrated warehouse  where it wants to view this warehouse either  to participate or  investment. This warehouse is located in Lattakia on the highway  Damascus, Lattakia, characterized by the entity that can be accessed through a sub-highway, with distance not exceeding 200 m.

   The total area of the warehouse 5000 m² surrounded by a lighted concrete wall of 3 m high  and retaining walls in some of the parties.

The warehouse has 2 gates: The main gate for entry by 6m wide and the another gate for exit by 6m wide. The whole warehouse is asphalted and eligible to enter the heavy-duty trucks and it is wooded by decorative trees around the walls. When you enter the gate, there is a metal armoured  door with 3m wide and 2 m high. There is also an accommodation for the guards consists of well equipped two rooms and bathrooms, in addition to a hospitality summer corner consists of Fall, a kitchen and a dining room, and  an artesian well.

  After entry, there are paved squares with 1700m ². Warehouse  consists of 3 main sections:

• Section I: it is an administrative building consists of 3 floors with area of 300m² for each floor. Ground floor: it  consists of private rooms and rooms for workers to change their clothes  and warehouse for spare parts and maintenance tools in addition to office for the Secretary of the warehouse. it also has a door on the main hangar. The first floor has the main offices and it consists of 4 main offices and a reception hall. The second floor is a residential floor.
• Section II: it includes industrial Hangar and repositories: the first one is an industrial Hangar with area of 700 m ² and  5m high. equipped with all types of industrial equipment, where it was a factory for the production of tin containers. The second one is a multi-story warehouse over the industrial Hangar with area of 700 m² and 5 m high, and it is served by jacks from the industry hangar.
• Section III : it is a warehouse adjacent to the Hanger with area of 60m² and 9m high and there are cool rooms consisting of 3 rooms and a corridor with a total area of 600m². The fridge is equipped  to cool citrus , vegetables, and fruits of all kinds. In addition to Electricity Converter ,capacity 200KVA, and Electric Generator capacity 100KVA

  Our warehouse is well known in the business filed in Syria, where it was invested for 6 years as a factory for the production of tin containers, then by NestleَCo, and then by Transmed Co which produces all kinds of food products.
